Shore Is Grand LLC uses the information you provide to respond to your stay inquiry.

What we collect and share

We ask for your name, email, optional phone number, requested dates, flexibility, adult and child counts, trip purpose and referral source. Please do not submit payment details, ID documents, birth dates or children’s names. We keep inquiries in private Microsoft 365 records and email. We share your contact details and stay request with Elliott Beach Rentals only when you separately agree to inquiry sharing, so Elliott can check availability and provide a complete quote. If you decline, the owner reviews your inquiry without forwarding it.

Marketing choices

Optional marketing consent is separate from inquiry sharing. Marketing is currently inactive. Submitting an inquiry does not give permission to send promotional emails.

Retention and deletion

We retain closed, unbooked inquiries for 12 months after closure, then delete or anonymize owner-controlled inquiry records, operational copies and exports. We separately keep records needed for a documented booking, commission dispute or another applicable retention obligation.

Microsoft and Squarespace provide the services used for this inquiry process and website. Provider-controlled diagnostics and backups may remain until the provider’s applicable expiry, even after an owner-controlled record is deleted. Microsoft documents Power Automate flow-run storage retention of 30 days from run start; this does not establish the expiry of every other provider record. These restricted records are for service operation and troubleshooting, not marketing. We do not promise immediate erasure of every provider-held copy.

Contact and booking

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, reply to your inquiry acknowledgment email. An inquiry does not agree a rate, confirm availability, or create a reservation or hold. Elliott confirms eligibility, availability and the complete quote using its current posted rates, and handles booking and payment.
