The owner keeps inquiry details privately and shares them with Elliott only with your separate inquiry-sharing consent. If you decline, your request stays with the owner for review and is not forwarded to Elliott. Optional marketing consent is separate; marketing remains inactive. An inquiry is not permission to send promotional emails.

Closed, unbooked inquiries are retained for 12 months after closure, then deleted or anonymized across records, operational copies and exports, except records separately needed for documented bookings, commission disputes or applicable retention obligations. Do not provide payment cards, ID documents, birth dates or children’s names.
